Accreditation
Advent Lutheran School has dual accreditation through the Florida-Georgia District, Lutheran Church Missouri Synod and the Southern Association of Colleges and Schools Council on Accreditation and School Improvement. Advent was approved in all 147 areas of compliance that were reviewed and received commendations for several items including: above average SAT scores, parent’s confidence in Advent’s facility and the safety of their children, the Early Childhood School, the after-school program, on-campus school nurse, student life, chapel services, and Advent sharing the love of Christ with children and families. As part of the accreditation process, Advent’s curriculum was reviewed, classrooms were observed, and the effectiveness of all programs was evaluated.
